Houston is the largest city in Texas, and the powerhouse of the south. Nationally speaking, Houston is the 4th largest city in America and holds its own against a number of other cities internationally and still maintains its small town county feel.

She’s a Big Town

Houston is a big town, with a number of major highways and thoroughfares. The car is king in this city meaning our people independently travel privately without relying on the government to move people and things from one place to another.

In fact, some have said that Houston is big enough to where a person could move across town and never see the people they moved away from, on the other side of town, for the rest of their lives.

Jobs are Plentiful

The economy in Houston has boomed non-stop since the 1970′s, and is showing no signs of letting up. If you are looking to move to a city where you can also find a Job, Houston is the place to be.

The People are Nice

The people in Houston still have that down home country feel about them and will help a stranger out. Don’t get me wrong, its still life in the big city, but the people in this town will lend a helping hand rather than spit on you when you need help like in New York City or Los Angeles, or kill you like in a Chicago.

Seems the 4th largest city is superior to the larger 3 in this area.
